Manyhands’ General Terms and Conditions of Use
Many people do not read the general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as ‘terms of use’. This can be problematic, because the terms of use contain the rules that apply when you use manyhands.dk. In addition, they explain your rights, what you are forbidden to do and what to do if you are in doubt. In the event that you do not follow these rules, then you risk being excluded as a member of manyhands.dk, and may (in certain situations) be reported to a debt collecting agency or the police.

The following terms of use form a legally binding agreement for your use of Manyhands:

It is a condition of creating a profile on manyhands.dk that you have read and understood the terms of use. In addition, you are required to confirm that that you have read and understood the terms of use and in doing so you accept that these terms of use form a legally binding agreement for your use of manyhands.dk.
1.2. Eligibility
You must be a minimum of 15 years of age to use manyhands' services. By using manyhand.dk, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into an agreement.
1.3. Changes to the general terms and conditions of use
manyhands.dk reserve the right to update the terms of use. New versions will be made public on manyhands.dk. When a new version of the terms of use is created, we will inform you via the website’s front page (www.manyhands.dk) and in an e-mail to you. The new version of the terms of use will come into force and will be binding from four weeks after the day when they were made public on manyhands.dk and the information was placed on the front page of manyhands.dk (or a later date, as advised by Manyhands). This applies irrespective of whether or not you have received an e-mail notifying you of the changes.
If you do not want the new terms of use to be binding for you, then you must cease to use manyhands.dk, and remove your profile and any advertisements within the above mentioned four week period. If you continue to use manyhands.dk after the above mentioned four week period, then you are deemed to have accepted the new terms of use.
In situations, where changes to the terms of use can not wait four weeks, Manyhands reserves the right to make changes and give notice with a shorter timeframe than four weeks.
1.4. Governing law and jurisdiction
Any disputes arising in relation to the use of manyhands.dk, including disputes regarding the existence or validity of these general terms and conditions of use or any transactions via or with manyhands.dk shall be settled by the District Court of Frederiksberg according to Danish law, including Danish international private law. All transactions and all use shall be deemed as carried out in Denmark.
1.5. Data Policy
manyhands.dk has developed a Data Policy that can be seen on the front page of manyhands.dk under “Data Policy”.
The Data Policy forms a part of this agreement, and therefore in agreeing with the terms of use, you accept the way in which we handle your personal data. The Data Policy may be changed in the same way as the current terms of use (see clause 1.3).
1.6. Your e-mail address
When creating a profile you are required to give an e-mail address. You may not give an incorrect e-mail address, nor another person’s e-mail address.
We will send your login and password to the e-mail address you have supplied. If you supply the incorrect e-mail address, you will not be able to log in and we can not help you if you forget your login and password for the website.
You must ensure that the e-mail address that you have registered in your name is up to date and that you have full access to it.
Your e-mail address can not be seen by other users. It can only be seen by manyhands.dk.
We will use your e-mail address to send you important messages. If you change your e-mail address, you must notify us via inserting the new e-mail address in “My Page” – Change Profile Information.
1.7. Welcome e-mail and newsletter
After you have registered on manyhands.dk, you will receive a welcome e-mail containing various information about manyhands.dk.
By entering your e-mail address you accept that we may send the manyhands.dk newsletter to you. The e-mail newsletter may contain advertisements. This can be easily cancelled via “My Page” – 'Change terms' or by deleting your profile.
2 SOLUTIONS AND OTHER SERVICES2.1. Changes to Solutions
manyhands.dk reserves the right to change, broaden or withdraw the free services provided by the website at any time.
It may be necessary to withdraw a part of the solution or a specific functionality based on for example, changes in legislation, system considerations, etc. These changes will not give the user the right to a refund of their membership fee.
2.2 Manyhands' services in other countries
Every time you use Manyhands’ services that are aimed at another country (for example through manyhands.se), your use of Manyhands’ services will be governed by the terms of use that apply for Manyhands’ services in the relevant country. These terms of use will be in the local language and will reflect relevant local legislation and practice.
By using Manyhands' services that are aimed at another country, you accept that you understand the terms of use that govern the other country’s services. If you have any questions regarding the terms of use that govern Manyhands’ services in other countries, you are welcome to contact the relevant country’s customer service to obtain further information.
3. REGISTRATION AND USE
3.1. Creating a profileThe following terms apply when creating a profile on manyhands.dk:
1. You must be 15 years of age or older to create a profile on manyhands.dk
2. Only the profile’s owner may create the profile.
3. You must give your correct name, address and all other relevant information as requested by the website.
4. The e-mail address must belong to you. It is illegal to give a false (including another person’s) e-mail address. Any form of harassment will be reported to the police with IP number time/date of creation.
5. It is not allowed to create a profile that can be connected with another person. Furthermore it is not allowed to give another person’s e-mail address, telephone number, address or any other form of contact information. Any form of harassment will be reported to the police with IP number time/date of creation.
6. By creating a profile on manyhands.dk, you are giving your permission that manyhands.dk may show your profile to manyhands.dk’s users, both via e-mail and page views on manyhands.dk. A profile viewing can contain information about sex, age and other relevant information (in the event that you have entered that information in your profile). If you wish to withdraw your permission, then you must delete your profile.
7. It is not allowed to create a profile with a user name that may be offensive to other people.
8. If there is a mistake in any of the information that you provide, then you must inform manyhands.dk immediately and provide the correct information.
3.2. Conditions for profile photo
1. You can attach a maximum of 5 photos per profile and they may fill up to 3 mb in total
2. The photos must be in jpg or png format.
3. The photo may only be of yourself. It must have been taken recently and you must have the user rights to the photo.
4. The photo may not contain a logo, links or references to other websites.
5. The photo must be of a size and quality that it is clear to see who the person is.
6. The photo may not contain collages or notes.
7. The photo may not be violent, threatening, rude or have strong sexual undertones.
8. The photo may not contain wasted space (meaning that the photo must go from edge to edge) nor borders and it must be shown the right way up.
9. You must not be wearing sunglasses in the photo or any other items that restrict the viewer from seeing your face.
10. Photos that can be described as model photos and fakes may not be used, unless a normal everyday photo can be provided as verification.
11. Photos that do not meet the above requirements will be deleted without warning and the reason why the photo has been deleted will be sent to the user’s profile inbox.
3.3. Creation of advertisements
1. It is not allowed to create more than one advertisement per job type, either as job seeker or job provider, as the case may be. It is always possible to alter an existing advertisement.
3.4. Text in advertisements, between users, in ratings or discussions
At manyhands.dk, normal rules for good tone, behaviour and manners must always be followed. All communication must be undertaken with respect for other people.
It is not allowed to engage in:
1. racist remarks
2. gossip
3. revealing information regarding other people’s private life/relationships, including revealing other people’s telephone numbers, name, e-mail addresses, etc
4. swearwords and harsh, offensive language
5. unwelcome messages and letters
6. rumours and personal attacks
7. undermining remarks, including defamation/slander regarding manyhands.dk
8. publicising private mail correspondence unless those involved have no problems with the publication of the correspondence and have given their express approval
9. propaganda of any form, including political and religious propaganda
10. providing telephone numbers, addresses or any other type of information that can identify you to any other user if you have not been contacted directly by the user via manyhands.dk
11. threatening or unpleasant behaviour towards other users.
Furthermore it is not allowed to create advertisement titles or text that can be interpreted as offensive towards others.
3.5. Conditions for rating (user-rating)
Manyhands.dk’s rating system makes it possible for you to make comments regarding the service that you have received from other users. You can rate the users that you have had contact with via the post system at manyhands.dk. All ratings must be precise and fair, and shall be in line with the rules outlined in clause 3.4.
It is not allowed to rate another user more that 3 times. Furthermore it is not allowed to encourage other users to rate a specific user, or to victimize a specific user in one way or another.
3.6. Conditions for photos attached in letters at manyhands.dk
1. Photos may not be violent, threatening or offensive
2. Offensive photos that are sent to other users without their specific request will without warning lead to the profile being deleted.
3.7. Use of another’s photos
It is not allowed to download/manipulate another user’s photos without the user’s consent. Any form of harassment will be reported to the police with the IP number date/time of creation.
3.8. Abuse of manyhands.dk
It is not allowed, in any shape or form, to use manyhands.dk commercially, neither by private persons or companies.
This excludes for example the following:
• companies and private people advertising products and services in their profile text and/or via written contact with other users.
• links, logos and references to other websites being included in texts and photos on the website.
• using manyhands.dk´s internal e-mail box to send mass e-mails (spam), mail-bombing and all other all types of business or marketing messages
• users giving their subscription and all the services connected with their manyhands.dk subscription to another person. The website’s services are exclusively for private use.
• using manyhands.dk for any form of business or trade
• to solicit folk to other websites or other purposes of any kind
3.9. Security
When you log on to manyhands.dk via another computer other than your own, for example at an internet cafe or the library, do not use the ‘save’ function. When you use 'save', others can see your name and login. Your personal information that you have given manyhands.dk when creating your profile is protected and secure. Nobody will be given your e-mail and your login.
3.10. Operational reliability
manyhands.dk will do all in its power to ensure operational reliability on manyhands.dk.
manyhands.dk will not be held responsible in the event of operational irregularity, for example, if the website goes down due to technical reasons, weather conditions or cut cables. We can not be held responsible for loss of data due to the aforementioned grounds.
Manyhands.dk does not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous access to manyhands.dk's services. You accept that from time to time manyhands.dk's services may be unavailable, either planned or accidently, and that we can not be held responsible for your inability to log in or view the website.
3.11 Use of manyhands.dk
manyhands.dk retains the right to the following in relation to your use of manyhands.dk:
1. manyhands.dk reserves the right to delete/change profiles that abuse manyhands.dk commercially or contain advertisements that are offensive, discriminating, or are evaluated not to live up to a certain level of seriousness. manyhands.dk does not accept implicit or explicit sexual content in any form.
2. If you add text or a photo in your profile/advertisement, manyhands.dk will not accept this despite the fact that you give your address, your telephone number or any other form of information that indentifies you.
3. manyhands.dk reserves the right to delete profiles that we believe are not serious, that we believe to contain incorrect information regarding the user, an unserious profile text or where there is no profile text.
4. It is not allowed to send or forward letters on manyhands.dk that contain commercial, offensive, discriminative contents, chain letters or contact information for other people.
5. manyhands.dk’s aim, where possible, is to show as many relevant profiles and advertisements as possible. The relevance of the profiles and advertisements is determined by the information you provide in creating your profile and advertisement on manyhands.dk.
6. Remember that your login/code is private. If you believe that others are using your login, please write to us immediately. We will cancel your login and give you a new one. In the event that your login/code has been used by an unauthorized person, we can not be held responsible for any consequences.
manyhands.dk can at any time, expel (delete) users who do not follow the terms of use. In the event a user is expelled, the user can not claim for unused subscription monies. In the event that we believe harassment, criminal activities or an abuse of manyhands.dk has occurred, we reserve the right to contact a lawyer or the appropriate authorities (e.g. the police).
Manyhands.dk can not be held responsible for other’s abuse of photos, profile texts and debate entries, neither within nor outside of manyhands.dk.
manyhands.dk will not take responsibility for conflicts between users.
Upon expulsion from manyhands.dk, the expelled user has 14 days to protest.
3.12 Report Profile
All profiles contain a functionality, whereby you can report a profile to manyhands.dk for breaking the rules. This function can be found on the profile you wish to report, on the left hand side with the text ‘Report profile’. We encourage you to use this function.
4. Trade rulesIn relation to purchasing a subscription you may be asked for additional information regarding your credit card, ATM card or client card. In the event that this occurs you must ensure that:
a. you are entitled to use the card, both at the point in time when you enter the relevant information and when you attempt to use it, and
b. that there is sufficient money in the account to cover all charges made in the course of your activities on manyhands's services.
4.1 Payment Options
You can pay your subscription with Dankort (ATM card), Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, JCB payment card, American Express or via bank transfer.
4.2 Payment Solution
The payment is undertaken using a SSL-encrypted connection. The payment is approved by PBS.
4.3 Your Security
You have no self risk if your card is misused by an internet shop that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) as a payment solution, which is the situation on manyhands.dk.
4.4 Products and Prices
Products, subscription and prices will be shown on manyhands.dk, where relevant.
All prices are inclusive of VAT and in Danish kroner.
Upon ordering, you can say whether or not the subscription shall be renewed automatically or not. In the event that an automatic renewal is chosen, the amount will be deducted on the first day after the expiry of the previous period.
4.5. Right to a cooling off period upon purchase of a subscription
There is no right to a cooling off period upon purchase of a subscription.
4.6 Sale of service

5. ADDITIONAL BESTEMMELSER5.1. Invalid terms
In the event that any of the terms in this agreement is deemed invalid by a court decision or is ruled to be unenforceable, the remaining part of this agreement shall remain valid and upheld by the law.
